How to Stay Consistent

Sometimes I don’t feel like doing what I know I need to.

Here’s my best tip for those moments:

Regardless of how you feel, do it anyway.

If you don’t feel like waking up in the morning, wake up anyway.

Don’t feel like working out? Go work out anyway.

Don’t feel like making that last sales call at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon? You know the answer.

Just do it.

As Tony Robbins says, “Motion creates emotion.”

Once you get moving, once you get into your flow, and most important, once you’re finished, you’ll be glad you did.

Even if it wasn’t your best, you will still feel exponentially better than if you did nothing at all.

We don’t need to be motivated, because as humans we aren’t always motivated.

We need to be disciplined. The most successful people have the discipline to do the work when they don’t feel like it.

Be disciplined, and stay consistent.

You’ll be amazed what you can accomplish. 💯 💯 💯
